Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-27
Inverth Commercial Holdings LLC ("we") runs this site. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. Contact: hello@inverth.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your email address and anything else you put in a form (name, company, message), and whether you agreed to receive updates.
- Usage, on our server. When a page loads, our server records the page, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, your country and device type, without cookies. Visitors are counted with a one-way code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you.
- Google Analytics. Our pages load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits, the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, downloads and form submissions, and the device and approximate location you visit from. We send page addresses without the part after "?" and with anything that looks like an ID removed, and we never send your name, email or what you type into forms. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Google Analytics stores nothing until you choose "Accept" in the banner; "Reject" keeps it off. Your choice is remembered in your browser. We also measure how fast pages load and respond (Core Web Vitals). When you send a form and we accept it, our server tells Google Analytics so (the form's name only, linked to the same Google Analytics cookie), and only if you've accepted or live where no banner is needed. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we load no Google script and our server sends Google nothing.
- Errors. If a page breaks in your browser, it tells our server what broke (the error message with numbers, links and email addresses removed, the script and line, the page address without IDs, and your browser's name). No cookies or identifiers are involved, so this runs for every visitor.
Why, and who else handles it
- To answer you and, if you agreed, to send updates. Your details are kept in our database and our customer-relationship system, both hosted on Cloudflare.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC; see Google's How Google uses information from sites that use its services), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless), and may use PostHog (cookieless here), and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam.
- We don't sell personal information. Google may use Google Analytics data as its terms allow; with Global Privacy Control on, or if you reject the banner, none is sent.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, and unsubscribe from updates at any time, by writing to hello@inverth.com. We delete enquiries from this site's database two years after they arrive, and anonymous usage records after 25 months. Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months. Our customer-relationship system keeps your details while we're in touch; ask us and we'll delete them there too.
