FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of businesses do you lease to?
Companies of every size, from a first location to a national footprint, across professional services, logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and technology.
Do you publish property listings?
Availability changes quickly, so rather than a public list, our leasing team sends listings matched to your requirement: the spaces that fit, with specifications and terms side by side. Send the requirement through the inquiry form, or call our main line and choose the property type.
Where do you lease space?
Across the United States. Our markets page lists the regions and metros we focus on; send us a requirement anywhere in the country and we'll tell you how we can help.
Do you work with tenant brokers?
Yes. We welcome tenant representatives and cooperate with them on every transaction. See the brokers page.
How long does it take to lease space?
It depends on the size of the space and the work needed. Small move-in-ready spaces can be leased within weeks; large or built-out spaces take months. Starting early gives you the most choice.
What do you need to review our application?
Usually recent financial statements or tax returns, a description of the business and its use of the space, and references. Newer companies may be asked for additional security.
Who pays for the build-out?
It's negotiated. Many leases include a tenant improvement allowance; the tenant pays costs above it. Term, credit and the space's condition determine the amount.
Can we sublease if our needs change?
Most leases allow subleasing or assignment with landlord consent, on conditions set in the lease. Talk to us first: there may be space that fits you better.
Is anything on this site an offer?
No. Availability, rents and terms change. Nothing here is an offer to lease; only a lease signed by both parties creates an agreement.
